Upon termination of your account, any balance remaining in your account will be reviewed. Where termination is due to a breach of these Terms, 88php reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance. Where termination is initiated by 88php without cause, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to normal game rules.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 88php from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
